The greatest net of two forces can be when the two forces are in the same direction, that is,

F1 + F2 = 29N

The least resultant of two forces happens when two forces act in opposite direction, that is,

F1-F2 = 5N

Now

F1+F2 = 29N

F1-F2 = 5N

__________

2F1 = 24N

F1 = 12N and F2 = 7N

According to question,

New F1 = 12N+3N = 15N

New F2 = 10N

Net force when the forces are acting perpendicularly,

Net force = √(15²+10²) =√(225+100) = √325N = 18.02N

Cheers!
