The green revolution has resulted in the decreased fertility of soil due to the overuse of chemical fertilisers.

Regular use of water from tube wells has lowered the groundwater level which has resulted in the scarcity of water.

Increased use of insecticides and pesticides has posed a danger for human health.

due to Green Revolution we have adopted modern techniques ,modern tools ,modern methods .also we have adapted HYV seeds ,chemical, fertilizers, pesticides ,etc, which are not biodegradable .

which means that it will not get decomposed . when we add menu to the soil we increase its fertility and the soil get fertile .

but here pesticides Chemicals and other used by the farmers used to take the fertility of the soil need of providing .

automatically the quality of land gets deteriorated.
