The growth of bread,mostache and change of voice are not found in a male child even after attaining,puberty,what is the physical problem of the child?

The child is deficient in testosterone which is the male sex hormone and is responsible for secondary sexual characteristics in males. this could be due to lack of zinc in the child's diet as zinc is required to produce testosterone.
