Active Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject is performing the action.

Passive Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject undergoes the action. In other words, it is writing the sentence in reverse order.

Example: I am learning Math. (Active)

               Math is being learnt by me. (Passive)

The guitar is played by me.

The above sentence in already in passive voice. However, its active would be:

I play the guitar.

If the active sentence is...."I play the guitar.", the passive form is correct.
