Yes Heat can be transffered from one ens of the conductor to the other end.
When Heat is applied to one end of the conductor the atoms in the conductor are set in motion or they gain energy.
As we know that energy always travel from a point of high energy to a point of low energy. So the atoms from the point where heat is applied move towards the other end of the conductor. Hence transffering heat which is a form of energy from one point to another.
