Here...."The heart that fed" is a tricky phrase; it refers to the heart that "fed" or nourished the passions of the man that the statue represents. Or in simple language....It means that the King 'Ozymandias' "fed" or provided the 'Sculptor' to "mock" him or make fun of him,by imitating the expressions of the King in his STATUE.....
