hello friend ..
here is your answer ....

===>in this statement :
● " the hands that mocked them " refers to the hands of sculpturer who made the sculpture of ozymandias in such a beautiful way in which it represents the arrogance of the king .

● " the heart that fed " refers to the heart of sculpturer which gave the feelings to the sculpture of Ozymandias .

thanks :)

hope this will help you

viditbang: but it's a one line and first part is basically talking about sculptors work while the second part is talking about king Ozymandias isn't it strange
niti13: sorry ....it was my mistake ...
niti13: the line is referring to only sculpturer
viditbang: basically u said the heart that fed refers to the heart of Ozymandias right
viditbang: but it's okay I think this one is the only appropriate thing I found
niti13: sorry ...for my mistake

The hand that mocked them refers to sculptor's skill in reproducing king ozymandias facial expressions on stone and the heart that fed refers to the conceited king ozymandias who considered himself to be the mightiest of the mighty which added life to the statue
