Explanation:

Once  upon a time there lived a happy farmer, a happy cobbler and a goldsmith.

The happy farmer got a lump of gold from the goldsmith in exchange for his prized bull he buried it besides his house. The farmer knew that people were not honest, and they could steal from him anytime.

His lump of gold give him sleepless nights, tension and anxiety. His wife was not happy with the sale of the bull. She had loved the bull so much. The bull had helped her carry her produce to the market. She became depressed and urged him to throw the lump of gold away.

The farmer threw the lump of into a happy cobbler's room.The cobbler thought he was going to be very rich. He placed the gold lamp on his mantle. He would often stare at it for hours and touch it.

He was soon unable to work. All of his time was spent admiring the lump of gold. His customers complained that he was no longer mending their shoes. They shunned him and took their business to another cobbler.

Soon the cobbler also lost happiness and decided to get rid of the gold lump. He woke early one morning and threw it into the river.

Everybody in the village was happy again.
