So we can conclude that challenge is something that needs extra effort and determination to achieve, whether it be a competition or a self-goal. It can be a physical challenge like climbing a flight of stairs or a mental challenge where you need to learn a new language.Recently, my mother was hospitalized due to COVID. It was an extremely stressful situation for our family. However, we were able to manage by self-quarantining ourselves at home. I made sure we had something to eat, took care of my little brother and also helped all of us from being depressed by doing meditation and yoga. I was surprised that even my dad was overwrought and looked forward to my guidance to help tide over the time until mom finally returned home safe.
