The word challenge literally means to to call someone for a competitive situation to decide who is superior. In general, challenge is not something we can refer to another person, there are many things that are challenging to oneself. So we can conclude that challenge is something that needs extra effort and determination to achieve, whether it be a competition or a self-goal. It can be a physical challenge like climbing a flight of stairs or a mental challenge where you need to learn a new language.
Recently, my mother was hospitalized due to COVID. It was an extremely stressful situation for our family. However, we were able to manage by self-quarantining ourselves at home. I made sure we had something to eat, took care of my little brother and also helped all of us from being depressed by doing meditation and yoga. I was surprised that even my dad was overwrought and looked forward to my guidance to help tide over the time until mom finally returned home safe.
