Answer:

4

Step-by-step explanation:

The harmonic mean of the roots of the equation is

(7 + √3) x2 - (6 + √7) x + (12 + 2√7 ) = 0

(7 + √3) x² - (6 + √7) x + (12 + 2√7 ) = 0

Let say α β are  roots

α + β =  =-b/a = - (-(6 + √7))/(7 + √3)   =  (6 + √7))/(7 + √3)  sum of roots

αβ = c/a = (12 + 2√7 ) /(7 + √3)

HM of α β   = 2αβ/(α + β)

= 2 ( (12 + 2√7 ) /(7 + √3) ) /  (6 + √7))/(7 + √3)

= 2 * 2 (6 + √7 ) /(6 + √7)

= 4

The harmonic mean of the roots of the equation  = 4
