To find:

Find the other number.

Solution:

Let the other number be x.

We know that,

H.C.F. × L.C.M.= product of two number.

therefore,

=) 29 × 1160 = 145 × x

x =  \frac{29 \times 1160}{145}  \\  \\  =  > x = 29 \times 8 \\  \\  =  > x = 232

The other number is 232.
