Let one number be a = 45 and other number = b

Given :

HCF (a,b) = 9

LCM (a,b) = 360

One number a = 45

As we know that,

HCF × LCM = Product of two numbers

⇒ 9 × 360 = 45 × b

⇒ 3240 = 45b

⇒ 3240 ÷ 45 = b

⇒ 72 = b

∴ b is the another number whose value is 72.

VERIFICATION :

HCF × LCM = 9 × 360

                   = 3240

Product of two numbers = a × b

                                         = 45 × 72

                                         = 3240

So,

HCF × LCM = product of two numbers
