the first no. is 100
LCM × HCF = PRODUCT OF THE INTEGERS
250 × 50 = 100 × X
250×50/100 = X
therefore X = 125

HCF × LCM = X × Y
50 × 250 = X × Y
12500 = X × Y ..... (1)
Now
X/2 = 50
X = 100
putting the value of X in equation (1) we get
100 × Y = 12500
Y = 12500/100 = 125
Ans. the two numbers are 100 and 125
