let us fnd the hcf of 144 and 198 through common factors method

factors of 144 =1,2,3,4,6,8,9,12,16,18,24,36,48,72,144

factors of 198 = 
1,2,3,6,9,11,18,22,33,66,99,198

common factors = 1,2,3,6,18

highest common factor  = 18

hecne hcf of 144 ans 198 = 18

Continue Division Method :
