then,
x*y= HCF*LCM
84x= 252*12
x=36
84+36=120
then,
x*y= HCF*LCM
84x= 252*12

We know,
hcfxlcm=1st no.x2nd no.
therefore,12x252=84x y
y=(12x252)/84=3024/84=36
Hence,sum is=84+36=120.
