Solution :-
Let us assume that, the two numbers are 61x and 61y .
So,
→ 61x + 61y = 1159
→ 61(x + y) = 1159
→ x + y = 19 .
checking numbers now we get,
- At x = 1 , y = 18
- At x = 2, y = 17
- At x = 3, y = 16
- At x = 4, y = 15
- At x = 5, y = 14
- At x = 6, y = 13
- At x = 7, y = 12
- At x = 8, y = 11
- At x = 9, y = 10
therefore,
→ Total possible pairs are = 9 + 9 = 18 (Ans.)
