x^3y^2z^5 = x^2 × x × y^2 × z^3 × z^2

x^2y^4z^3 = x^2 × y^2 × y^2 × z^3

So the common factors are

x^2 , y^2 , z^3

So the HCF= x^2 y^2 z^3
