heat produced is given by the formula,
H=I²RT
Now,
the current is doubled keeping everything the same
H ' =(2I)²RT
H '=4I²RT
H ' =4(I²RT)
H '=4 H (H=I²RT)
I hope this helps ( ╹▽╹ )
