Step-by-step explanation:

mean = sum of observation/ total no. of observation

= 141+146+128.....+145/12

= 1690/12

= 140.8 approx

Answer:

First arranging in ascending order:

128, 133, 135 ,138, 139 141, 142, 145, 145, 146, 147, 151

Mean= sum of all the observations/total no. of observation

1690/12=140.83(approx)

so we will take take the mean(average) as 140cm

Therefore, total 7 boys heights were more than the mean height
