SOLUTION :-

a)

Thickness of 100 sheets = 5 mm

Thickness of 1 sheet =  \frac{5}{100} mm

=> 0.05 mm

__________________________

b)

We know that,

1 m = 1000 mm

So,

1 mm =  \frac{1}{1000} m

 =  > 0.05mm =  \frac{0.05}{1000} m \\  \\  =   \frac{5}{1000 \times 100} m \\  \\  =   \frac{5}{100000}  m\\  \\  = 0.00005m

So,

Thickness of one sheet = 0.05 mm

In metres = 0.00005 m

Hope it helps.
