h=16cm
r=12
CSA=pi×r×l
l^2=h^2+r^2
=16^2+12^2
=256+144
l^2=400
l=20
CSA=3.14×12×20
=753.6
TSA=Pi×r(r+l)
=3.14×12 (12+20)
=3.14×12×32
=1205.76

Hey, Harish here

Here is your answer.
_______________________________________________

Given that,

r =12cm

h=16cm

We know that,

l = \sqrt{r^{2}+h^{2}}

l =  \sqrt{12^{2}+16^{2}}

l =  \sqrt{400}

l = 20cm

Now, we know that ,

T.S.A= \pi rl+ \pi r^{2}

         =  \pi r(r+l)

         [tex]= 3.14\times12(12+20) [/tex]

         =1205.76 cm^{2}

∴ Total surface area of cone is 1205.76 cm².
