given H=40cm

volume of small cone =1/64volume of bigger cone
1/3πr^2h=1/64x1/3πR^2H

r^2h=1/64R^2H

r^2h=1/64xR^2x40

r.^2h=5/8R^2
h=5xR^2/r®2x8
