The height of a cone is doubled and its radius is tripled to obtain a new cone. What is the ratio of the
volumes of the new cone to the original cone?
(Express the ratio in its simplest form).

If that is the case , the volume gets 12 times that of the old volume thus. New Volume = (1/3) * pi * (2r)^2 * 3h= 12 * (1/3) * pi * r^2 * h = 12 times the old volume.
