\Huge{\mathfrak{\blue{\underline{answer}}}}

Capacity of vessel = Volume of vessel

Volume of vessel = 3.3 litres

( 1 litre = 1000 cm³ )

3.3 × 1000 = 3300 cm³

Volume of cone =

 \frac{1}{3}  \times \pi \times r ^{2}  \times h

 \frac{1}{3}  \times \pi \times r  ^{2}  \times 3.5 = 3300

 {r}^{2}  =9930 \div 3.5\pi \\  {r}^{2}  = 900 \\  {r} =  \sqrt{900 }  \\ r = 30cm \\

Diameter = 2r

Diameter = 2 × 30

Diameter = 60 cm
