Formula for total surface area of the cylinder is,
TSA=2πr^2+2πrh.

Given r=2.5cm.
Height h=60cm.

Simply put it in the formula and you will get,
TSA=1029.82Cm^2.

Thanks.

surface area of cylinder=2πr(r+h)
so,
given
height=60cm
diameter=5cm
therefore, radius=d/2=5/2=2.5cm
surface area of cylinder=2πr(r+h)
=2×22/7×5/2(5/2+60)
=22/7×5(85)
=22/7×425
=1335.7143
therefore, suface are of cylinder whose height and diameter is 60cm and 5cm respectively is 1335.7143
