The base of parallelogram is "24 cm" and height is "8 cm".

Step-by-step explanation:

Let \ the \ base \ of \ a \ parallelogram \ be \ "x".\\And,the \ height \ of \ parallelogram \ be \ "\frac{1}{3}x"\\Area=192 \ cm^2\\\\As \ we \ know,\\\\The \ Area \ of \ parallelogram,\\A=base\times height\\\\On \ putting \ the \ values \ in \ the \ above \ formula,we \ get\\\\192=x\times \frac{1}{3}x\\ \\576=x^2\\\\x=\sqrt{576}\\ \\x=24\\\\Now,\\Base=24 \ cm\\Height=\frac{1}{3} \times 24=8 \ cm
