Let's assume the base as x cm

Then it's height is ⅓ of x i. e.,  \frac{x}{3}

According to the question :

➡ 108 = x/3 × x

➡ 108*3 = x²

➡ 324 = x²

➡ x = √324

➡ x = 18cm

Therefore

It's height is 18/3 = 6cm

And base is 18cm.
