Let the Base be a

Height = a/3

Area = a × a /3

=> 192 = a^2 / 3

=> a^2 = 576

=> a = 24

Base = 24 cm

Height = 24 /3 = 8 cm

hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

ATQ,

the height of the parallelogram is one third of its base.

let the base of the parallelogram be x.

therefore height of the parallelogram is 1/3 of x.

= x/3

area of the parallelogram = 192cm²

==> b × h = 192cm²

==> x × x/3 = 192cm²

==> x²/3 = 192cm²

==> x² = 192 × 3

==> x² = 576

==> x = √576

==> x = 24

hence, base of the parallelogram = x

= 24cm

height of the parallelogram = 1/3 of x

= 1/3 × 24

= 8cm

VERIFICATION :-

area of the parallelogram = b ×

= 24 × 8

= 192cm²

hence verified

hope this helps..!!
