The height of a rectangular solid is 5
times its width and its length is 8 times its height If the volume of the wall is 102.4 cm^3 , find its height.

therefore height = 5x

length = 5x * 8 = 40x

volume of rectangular solid = l*b*h

102.4 cm^3 = x*5x*40x

102.4 cm^3 = 200x^3

x = 102.4 cm / 200

x = 0.5 cm

widht = 0.5 cm

height = 5 * 0.5 cm = 2.5 cm

length = 40 * 0.5 cm = 20.0 cm
