THEN,

$\pi {r}^{2} h = 539 \\ = > \pi {r}^{2} 6r = 539 \\ = > {r}^{3} = \frac{539 \times 7}{22 \times 6} \\ = > {r}^{3} = \frac{3773}{132} \\ = > {r}^{3} = 28.5 \\ = > r = 3.05decimeter$

h=2r

=> h=2×3.05

=> h=6.1 decimeter
