slant height = l^2= h^2+ r^2
 now we have to find h and r to get slant height
 h is given that is 9m
it s given that base diameter is 24m by dividing it by 2 we can get radius because radius is half of diameter
24/2=12
l^2= 9^2+12^2
l^2=81+144
l=root225
l=15

By using Pythagoras theorem, we get slant height is 15 m.
