- ∠A = 30°
- ∠B = right angled = 90°
To find : BC = Shadow of tower
Solution :
- Tan A = oppodite to ∠A / adjcent to ∠A
- Tan 30° = BC / 400
- 1/√3 = BC / 400
- 400/√3 = BC
- BC = 400√3/3 m = 230.67 m = Shadow of Tower
