the height of a tree is root 3 times the length of its shadow. Find the angle of elevation of the sun.

Given AB =3h---(1)

then 

In △ABC

ABAC=tanθ

3kh=tanθ

tanθ=31⇒[θ=30∘]

∴ Angle of elevation of sum in 30∘
