The height of a triangle is 4cm less than three times its base length. If the area is 80 cm^2. Find the lengths of the base and height.

=1/2×base×3×base

80 =3/2×(base)^2

base =  \sqrt{160 \div 3}  = 7.3cm

height =3(7.3)=21.9cm
