Given that,

Height of parallelogram is one third of its base.

i.e., h = (1/3)×b ⇒b = 3h

And,

Area of parallelogram = 108 cm²

b × h = 108

3h × h = 108

h² = 108/3

h² = 36

⇒h = 6 cm

Therefore , b = 3×6 = 18

 ⇒b = 18 cm

Hence,

Height and Base of given parallelogram is 6cm and 18 cm respectively.
