Hi friend!

Answer:

Increase = 6cm

Formula for increase/decrease percentage:
 \frac{c}{o}  \times 100
where c = the change in value (increase/decrease)
and o = original value

Here o = 65cm
c = (71 - 65) = 6cm

Increase % =
 \frac{6}{65}  \times 100 \\  \\  =  \frac{6 \times 20}{13}  \\  = 120 \div 13 \\  = 9.23\%

Therefore, increase percentage = 9.23%.
