Hey mate!

Here is your answer > >

Radius of circular cylinder=2.1 cm

Circumference of cylinder=2 π r

=2×22/7×2.1

=13.2 cm

Height of cylinder=Circumference of cylinder = 13.2 cm

C.S.A of cylinder=2 π rh

=2×22/7×2.1×13.2

=174.24 cm^2

T.S.A of cylinder=2 πr (r+h)

=2×22/7×2.1(2.1+13.2)

=44×2.1×15.3/7

=201.96 cm^2

Hope it helps!
