Let the base of the parallelogram be x

Thus,height of the parallelogram=1/4x

Area of the parallelogram=676cm²

=>Area of a parallelogram=base×height

=>1/4x×x=676

=>1/4x²=676

=>x²=676×4

=>x²=2704

=>x=52

Hence,base of the parallelogram is 52cm

And,height=1/4×52=13cm
