To find : height of tree before 2 years

Solution:

Current Height of tree =  25  5/6  m

= (25 * 6  + 5)/6

= (150 + 5)/6

= 155/6   m

2 Year ago Tree height  was 2/5 of its current height  

=> 2 Year ago Tree height   = (2/5) (155/6)

= 31/3  

= (30 + 1)/3

= 30/3  + 1/3

= 10  + 1/3

= 10 1/3  m

2 Year ago Tree height   = = 10 1/3  m
