∴∴ The present height of the tree =x(1+20100)2=x(1+20100)2 metres.

x×(65)2x×(65)2 metres=36x25=36x25 metres.

As per questionn 36x25=28.836x25=28.8

or x=28.8×2536=20x=28.8×2536=20.

Hence the heights of the tree was 20 metres befoe 2 years.
