The heights of six mountains are 8200m, 6000m, 7500m, 8800m, 6500m, 4100m. find the median height of the mountains.

First we have to find the sum of the height of the mountains= 8200m+6000m+7500m+8800m+6500m+4100m=41100m

Number of mountains = 6

Average height= Total height of the mountains ÷ Number of mountains

=41100m÷6

=6850m
