Answer:

There are 5 stages of mitosis observed under compound microscope.

These stages can be identified as:

Pro-phase: The chromosomes observed under this slide are found to be long and scattered.

Pro-Meta-phase: Under this slide the chromosomes are seen moving gradually towards the equatorial plane and getting divided into chromatids.

Meta-phase: In this slide the chromosomes observed are already on the equatorial region. They are divided into chromatids.

Anaphase: In this slide two sets of chromosomes are observed near the two poles.

Telophase: In this slide two sets of chromosomes are observed near the two poles with nuclear membrane surrounding each chromosome near the pole.

\huge\mathbb\orange{Mitosis}

In this division one parent cell divides into 2 daughter cells where the number of chromosomes remains same and therefore it is known as \bold\red{Equational\:Division}.

•In mitosis,only one cycle of DNA duplication and karyokinesis,cytokinesis will take place.

•Mitosis is further divided into

(i)Karyokinesis

(ii)Cytokinesis

\huge\pink{Karyokinesis}

•It is completed in 4 stages i.e.

Pro phase,metaphase,Anaphase and Telophase.

\huge\mathfrak{Prophase}

•In this phase DNA initiate its condensation and upto late prophase condensation is almost completed.

•Duplicated centriole initiate their movement towards opposite force and at end of late prophase ,they almost reach at poles.

•During movement of centrioles spindle fibers are developed.

•Nuclear memebrane is almost disintegrated at the end of late prophase.

\huge\mathfrak{Metaphase}

•It is characterised by complete disintegration of nuclear membrane.

•Spindle fibers are attached to kinetochore of chromosomes and help to arrange all chromosomes at equater of cell.

•During metaphase,DNA is maximum condensed and is known as Chromosome.

\huge\mathfrak{Anaphase}

•During Anaphase spindle fiber separate the chromatids and moves towards the opposite poles.

•During movement of chromatids ,kinetochore is present at leading side and arms of chromatids are present at trailing side.

\huge\mathfrak{Telophase}

•During this phase,chromatids reach at opposite pole and become decondensed.

•During Telophase chromatids lose their identity.

•Nuclear membrane around the chromatin material is developed.

•This is last phase of Karyokinesis and one nucleas is divided into two.

\huge\pink{Cytokinesis}

•In animal cells ,Cytokinesis occurs with the help of microfilament which direct the plasma membrane towards the centre and develop cell furrow.

-This cell furrow will further move towards rhe centre and fuses with each other to separate one animal cell into 2 daughter animal cells.

•In plant cell outermost boundary is cell wall which is very hard and therefore development of cell wall and cell membrane is initiated from the center of cell wall with the help of golgi vesicles,microtubules.
