According to Mendel's dihybrid cross, we get phenotypes ratio 9 : 3 : 3 : 1

here, we want to calculate for the total number of seeds that have the first dominant with round character and second recessive with green seeds.

As, 400 seeds are collected,  

∴ $\frac{3}{16}*400$ = 75

Therefore, there will be 75 seeds as per the dihybrid ratio 9 : 3 : 3 : 1 with first dominant and second recessive trait.
