Speed = frequency *wavelength
In the case of à man
v = f* lambda
340 m/s = 1700 * lambda
lambda = 0.2 m
In the case of à woman
v = f* lambda
340 m/s = 2780* lambda
lambda = 0.12 m
Now the ratio of both wavelengts are
0.2/0.12
1.66.
In the case of à man
