Explanation:

A) did no one mention that the amount closer to the sun is practically none? We are talking about 0.000000005 % closer or something like that

93,000,000: 93,000,000.5 miles (a hill is about 2,500 feet in India Himalayas and as low as 100 or 50 feet in some low areas like Netherlands). That distance to the sun is 0.99999999462 of the whole, practically identical and of extremely similar solar radiation.

Irrelevant and a very minor concern. Numbers and distances in astronomy, which our Sun is part of, are absolutely enormous. It pays to remember that in the personal educational future.

B) As per Charles Law/Boyles Law/Gay-Lusaacs Law has it that pressure and temperature are proportional (directly related as multipliers/factors).

This means the air gets cooler until we hit the tropopause (stopping of troposphere and starting of stratosphere). This layer absorbs ultraviolet rays (ozone I recall) and gives off heat from taking that energy from the sun mostly long before it hits the Earth. This heats up the layer, so much that a pressurized container is far hotter. An pressurized airplane operating at those heights needs to be air conditioned or else.

We will stop there since we do not have any mountains that are above the tropopause on Earth.(Olympus Mons on Mars would on Earth, but not sure about the lower gravity tropopause on Mars even if it has one, which I do not have time to confirm again of a poor memory. Mars does not have much of any oxygen or ozone, which is one reason why life would have such a problem existing there on the surface.)
