The old people don't need all the above-mentioned qualities to gain respect. If some old person doesn't possess these qualities, it doesn't mean that he/she doesn't deserve respect. We must pay respect to them in any case.
Senior citizen or old people have many issues like
- They may have health issues that require special assistance (poor eye-sight)
- They may not move quickly
- They may have lost their strength
- They may not perform their work smoothly
- They may have lost their agility
So such houses keep certain things as a part of their domestic environment.

- They don't get harsh.
