All human beings, even though they have different size, colour and looks, belong to the same species because they have similar DNA sequences and have descended from same ancestors. Also, they are capable of reproducing among themselves. However at the genetic level, humans have the same organization. Hence they all belong to the same species.

Hope it would be helpfull

Species is defined as a group of closely related organisms which interbreed with each other. Just like that, human beings share a close resemblance and they interbreed with each other to procreate. Take an example of apes, they belong to one species of monkey and they interbreed with each other and share their genome.
