The human eye is one of the most

It enables us see the wonderful
world and the colours us.
On closing the eyes, we identify
objects to some extent their smell,
taste, sound make or by touch.
It is, however, impossible identify
colours closing the eyes.

If an object is placed very close to the eyes the light reflected from it does not fall on the retina. It either falls in front of the retina or behind it or on the blindspot. Hence, we cannot see the object. Theminimum distance for seeing anobject clearly is 25cm.
