- 'The Hundred Dresses' is the story about the teasing of girl by her classmates on the basis of her dress, class, name, etc. It could really affect a person. A person can feel very bad on hearing this kind of comments. If we look back at the story, we see that Wanda did not react to the comments of Peggy and her group. But in real life it is very difficult to do so. This kind of situation can drive a person to the way of depression and could lead a threat to life.
- If I talk about myself, I could have overcome this type of situation by ignoring this comment. Or I could have changed my school to a other place. This was done by Wanda also,as she got frustrated by the situation, her parents have decided to change her school in order to avoid this.
Also, we must keep in mind that later everything will be alright so we must not take up any wrong step. Like Wanda, we must also make our classmates believe that we too deserve some respect by our achievement and success.
